Terms of Service and Guarantee

Health:

Our animals are picture perfect, inside and out. All reptiles will be feeding, healthy and properly sexed. If upon receipt, there is a problem, contact us immediately. Our animals are guaranteed healthy and beautiful until 48 hours after shipment.

Guarantee:

Live arrival is guaranteed as long as there is someone at the location, provided to us by the buyer, to sign for the snake/s on the FIRST delivery attempt. If there is not a signature, for whatever reason, the live arrival guarantee is void. It is impossible to know the care the animals have received after leaving our hands. For this reason, all animals are guaranteed until 48 hours after shipment. After this period of time we will be happy to troubleshoot possible problems but will not accept a return or offer a refund on the animal.

Payment:

Orders must be paid in full before shipment of animal/s. Payment is by Paypal to Pin-Up Reptiles, USPS Money Order, or personal check. ALL checks will be held until they clear before any snakes are shipped.

Payment plans are available.  We can work with you to get that dream snake! 

Responsibility:

Please be responsible and think before you buy. YOU are responsible for knowing your local laws and regulations regarding the ownership of any animals purchased from us. If your mother/girlfriend/landlord does not allow reptiles, we cannot refund your purchase.

Most orders will be shipped by UPS or FedEx. A person must be available on the first delivery attempt to ensure live arrival. We will coordinate a convenient time for delivery.
